Where do I start?? I honestly don’t think you could stay in a better location/ caravan. The caravan was beautiful, very clean and fully equipped with everything you need in the kitchen. Beds were great, very comfortable. The views were breathtaking. I honestly have never seen a view so beautiful! Especially with the sun shining every day. The steam train was just amazing, going past the caravan every 40 mins from 10am till 4.45pm. The kids loved waving to the driver and the passengers! Check in and check out was very easy and stress free and Deborah and Steve were great hosts. With Torquay, brixham, Dartmouth and Paignton all within 15 mins of the caravan you really can’t go wrong for days out and beaches. If your still trying to decide whether to book this caravan just do it!! Honestly, you will not be disappointed. I’ll be back for sure !

The photos do not do this place justice. It was much larger than we thought. A perfect location for our family. The grandsons especially loved having the steam train pass right in front of the chalet. The location is close to the Zoo, Broadsands and Goodrington beaches. It also had internet and the pool is heated. The chalet has everything you need and more. Thank you Deb and Steve for a wonderful holiday full of lovely memories for the kids.

An excellent location for visiting all the surrounding areas in Torquay. Caravan was very clean and well equipped. You really didn’t want to leave the caravan but so much to see and do nearby. The views are amazing and great fun watching the steam train going by. There are wonderful walks from the site with breathtaking views. Cannot not recommend staying here enough and look forward to returning.
